‘GOODYEAR GIFT CARD OFFER FOR OEM AUTHORIZED WORKSHOPS’ – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. “GOODYEAR – Gift Card Offer for OEM Authorized Workshops” (“Offer”) is from Goodyear India Limited having registered office at Mathura Road, Ballabgarh (Dist. Faridabad) – 121004, Haryana, India and corporate office at 1st Floor, ABW Elegance Tower, Plot No. 8, Commercial Centre, Jasola, New Delhi – 110 025, India (“Goodyear”).

2. This Offer is applicable on every purchase of four (4) or more of Goodyear tyres of same specification from the selected size range, as specified in Clause 16 (“select tyres”). Any two different select tyres cannot be clubbed for the Offer.

3. The Offer is valid from 26^th September, 2016 to 26^th October, 2016 or till stocks last, whichever is earlier (‘Offer Period’). The offer validity dates are also available on the website – www.goodyear.co.in

4. Any person purchasing four (4) of any one particular range of Select Tyres (For Details please refer Clause 16) shall be gifted one (1) “GoodyearGift Card”/ “Gift Card” worth Rs 600 [issued by Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Pvt. Ltd. (Zaggle)]. In case of purchase of more than four (4) select tyres, multiple Gift Cards would be offered provided the purchase of Select Tyres shall be in the multiples of four (4) of any one particular range of select tyres. For the purpose of clarification, on purchase of four (4) to seven (7) select tyres, the buyer shall be entitled for one Gift Card. Likewise, on the purchase of eight (8) to eleven (11) select tyres, the buyer shall be entitled for two (2) Gift Cards. It is hereby clarified that the purchase shall be done at the same time same day. Multiple purchases done on different days shall not be clubbed together.

5. This offer is applicable only to OEM Workshops/ Outlets [range of tyres as per clasue 16].

6. Goodyear may at its sole discretion vary/amend/change the eligibility criteria, terms and conditions etc. for the Offer, without providing any reasons thereof.

7. Goodyear reserves the exclusive and unconditional right to withdraw/ suspend/ cancel this Offer without prior notice and without assigning any reasons thereof.

8. Goodyear’s Associates (employees), Channel Partners (i.e. Dealers, Distributors and Associate Dealers) are not eligible to participate in this Offer. Goodyear’s decision in this regard shall be final and binding on all.

9. The Gift Card under this Offer is non-encashable, non-negotiable and non-transferable.

10. Gift Card will be issued by Zaggle and the Terms and conditions provided with the Gift Card shall be applicable. The Gift Card and terms and conditions with Gift Card has a tagging of “Goodyear”/ “Goodyear Logo”/ “Goodyear Gift Card” only for promotional purpose.

11. Zaggle will be directly responsible for the performance and quality etc. of the Gift Card under the Offer. All claims/ disputes regarding the Gift Card shall be addressed directly to Zaggle.

12. Goodyear shall not be held responsible, liable for any dispute arising out of whatsoever related to this Offer, including the usage, quality, suitability, guarantee or warranty, etc of the Gift Card offered via this Offer.

13. Goodyear Standard Warranty Policy shall apply on the Select tyres.

14. Consumer escalations and disputes, if any, shall be subject to the laws of India and jurisdiction of Delhi/ New Delhi Courts only.
