Terms & Conditions – “Joy – Filled Journey”

1. “Joy-filled Journey” (“Offer”) is from Goodyear India Limited having registered office at Mathura Road, Ballabgarh (Dist. Faridabad) – 121004, Haryana, India and corporate office at 1st Floor, ABW Elegance Tower, Plot No. 8, Commercial Centre, Jasola, New Delhi – 110 025, India (“Goodyear”).

2. This Offer is applicable on every purchase of Two (2) or Four (4) Goodyear tyres of same specification from the selected size range, as specified in Clause 14 (“selected tyres”). Any two different selected sizes cannot be clubbed for the Offer. Below are the offer details:

1. On Purchase of Four (4) tyres of the Selected size, consumer will get a “Tyre Inflator” (Gift) absolutely free.
2. On Purchase of Two (2) tyres of Selected size, consumer will get a “Lunch box” (Gift) absolutely free.

3. The Offer is valid from 1^st November, 2016 to 30^th November, 2016 or till stocks last, whichever is earlier (‘Offer Period’).

4. Any consumer purchasing two (2) Selected Tyres shall be gifted one (1) Lunch box.
And any consumer purchasing four (4) Selected Tyres shall be gifted either one (1) Tyre inflator or Two (2) Lunch Boxes.

For the purpose of clarification –

1. On purchase of Two (2) to Three (3) selected tyres, the buyer shall be entitled for one (1) Lunch box only.
2. On purchase of more than two (2) or four (4) selected tyres multiple Gifts would be offered provided the purchase of Selected Tyres shall be in the multiples of two (2) or four (4). For instance, (a) on purchase of four (4) to Five (5) selected tyres, the buyer shall be entitled for one Tyre inflator only; (b) on purchase of four (4) to seven (7) selected tyres, the buyer shall be entitled for one (1) Tyre inflator and one (1) Lunch box.
3. It is hereby clarified that the purchase shall be done at the same time and day. Multiple purchases done on different days shall not be clubbed together.

5. Goodyear may at its sole discretion vary/ amend/ change the eligibility criteria, terms and conditions etc. for the Offer, without providing any reasons thereof.

6. Goodyear reserves the exclusive and unconditional right to withdraw/ suspend/ cancel this Offer without prior notice and without assigning any reasons thereof.

7. Goodyear’s Associates (employees), Channel Partners (i.e. Dealers, Distributors and Associate Dealers) are not eligible to participate in this Offer. Goodyear’s decision in this regard shall be final and binding on all.

8. The Gifts (Tyre inflator & Lunch box) under this Offer is non-encashable, non-negotiable and non-transferable.

9.The images of tyre inflator & lunch box shown in the creative are for creative visualization. Actual gifts to be given as per the offer may differ.

10. Goodyear shall not be held responsible, liable for any dispute arising out of whatsoever related to this Offer, including the quality, suitability, guarantee or warranty of the Tyre inflator & lunch box.

11. “Success Impex Private Limited” will be directly responsible for the performance and quality etc. of the Lunchbox under the Offer. All claims/ disputes regarding the Lunch box shall be addressed directly to Success Impex Private Limited.

12. “Moto XS” will be directly responsible for the performance and quality etc. of the Tyre inflator under the Offer. All claims/ disputes regarding the Tyre inflator shall be addressed directly to Moto XS.

13. Consumer escalations and disputes, if any, shall be subject to the laws of India and jurisdiction of Delhi/ New Delhi Courts only.
