Refund Policy for Inadvertent Payments by Dealers

In the event a dealer inadvertently makes a payment to Goodyear India Limited (GIL) and subsequently requests a refund, GIL will process the refund within 30 working days from the date of receipt of a written refund request accompanied by a copy of the dealer’s cancelled cheque. The refund amount will be subject to adjustment against any outstanding dues from the dealer as of the date of the refund claim.
